MANUFACTURED HOUSING EXPERT ADDS WEBSITE
Joe Sullivan, widely considered a manufactured housing expert, has compiled a website whose purpose is to gather all the available information about manufactured housing for buyers, sellers, and consultants in one place. Sullivan says, “It’s everything you ever wanted to know about manufactured housing…and a little bit more.”
The website, with more than 15 diversified links to information related to manufactured housing, is based on Sullivan’s 24+ years working in the manufactured housing industry. A real estate agent since l975, Sullivan obtain his manufactured housing license in l993. Currently, Sullivan is serving as the General Manager of the Manufactured Housing Western Division of All California Brokerage, Inc., located in Norwalk, California. In this position, he is responsible for selecting, training, and providing on-going supervision and consulting services to the company’s manufactured housing sales agents.
The website, www.Joesullivanmanufacturedhousingexpert.com, contains copies of the newsletters Sullivan wrote when he owned his own manufactured housing company, with articles such as “Ten Deadly Mistakes Most Sellers Make” and “Setting the Stage to Sell.” The website also contains links to vital information for both buyers and sellers to help them survive in today’s unusual economic environment, as well as a local helpful link that lists business professionals Sullivan has personally worked with in his business and personal life.
The website graciously has a link that recognizes many other professionals who are experts in the field of manufactured housing as well as other authors, consultants, and active manufactured agents. As Sullivan’s motto states, “The most important decision you make, is the person you select.” Thus, Sullivan is giving his website viewers an opportunity to connect with the individual best suited for a specific task.
Sullivan lists his occupations as consultant, author, and salesman extraordinaire. He has published many articles related to manufactured housing as well as his most recent book, ‘Honesty, Is it Worth the Hype.” In this book he chronicles his life as an exceptional salesman and entrepreneur from his days as an alcoholic to his revitalization as a professional real estate agent. This book, which is both informational and somewhat factual, will keep the reader chuckling at Sullivan’s exploits while they learn what to do to market, promote, and sell manufactured housing.
This websites contains information about site built, pre-fabricated or affordable mobile homes and trailers, modular housing, parks, land-leased communities, new or used homes, re-pos and re-sales. A NEW OPTION FOR MOBILE HOME BUYERS
Windward Village of Long Beach, a planned 305 unit development, is now offering its residents and potential buyers the option of owning the land under their manufactured housing unit. This will eliminate one of the major complaints of mobile home owners who often have to buy their mobile unit and then pay on-going rent for the land under it. And, unfortunately, the land rent has a tendency to continue to increase.
The planned Windward Village of Long Beach is a gated community featuring an association heated pool, spa, clubhouse, tennis court, exercise room and playground for the children.
It’s housing availability includes new homes, used homes, and two vacant lots. The minimum size of the manufactured houses is two bedrooms and two baths, but many have three or more bedrooms, with lots of specialized amenities.
Joe Sullivan, General Manager and Consultant of the Manufactured Housing Division of California Brokerage, Inc. of Norwalk, is considered one of the top experts in the manufactured housing industry. Sullivan has more than twenty years of manufactured housing experience. His background has included ownership of a manufactured housing dealership for more than 14 years, seminars on listing and sales of manufactured housing, and the publication of extensive newsletters and books and articles related to the field.
PRESS RELEASE 12/01/09
JOE SULLIVAN NAMED GENERAL MANAGER OF MANUFACTURED HOUSING BY ALL CALIFORNIA BROKERAGE, INC OF NORWALK
All California Brokerage, Inc. of Norwalk, has selected Joe Sullivan, Long Beach resident, to be the General Manager and Consultant of its Manufactured Housing Division. In this role, Sullivan will be responsible for selecting, training, and providing supervision and consultations to the company’s manufactured housing sales agents.
Sullivan, who is considered an expert in the manufactured housing industry, has more than 20 years of manufactured housing experience. His background has included ownership of a manufacturing dealership for more than 14 years, seminars on listing and sales of manufactured housing, and the publication of newsletters and books related to the field.
A real estate agent since 1975, Sullivan secured his manufactured housing dealer’s license in l993. Since that time, he has written and distributed the Buy Report, the Sell Report, a Mobile Home Newsletter and his most recent publication, his book, Honesty, Is it Worth the Hype?
The humorous, almost tongue-in-cheek book is a combination business and semi-autobiographical report about the development and pros and cons of the manufactured housing industry in California. Despite Sullivan’s personal problems with alcohol and an equally bad attitude for most of his career, Sullivan became a successful dealer.
The book, while being funny, also details what it takes to be successful in any type of real estate, but particularly in the manufactured housing arena where part of the problem in making good sales is overcoming the stigma of trailer trash. This need for credibility has led to Sullivan’s motto, your most important decision is the person that you select.
