Joe is considered an expert in manufactured housing and has 24 years experience in the industry; He is a mobile home consultant, author, speaker, song writer, and real estate investor. He received his real estate license 1975 and his manufactured housing dealer’s license 1993. He is the editor, publisher, and author of the “Buy Report, the Sell Report, the Mobile Home Newsletter, and book “Honesty, Is it Worth the Hype?”.
